Rob Erickson ~ Youth Pastor 

Rob Erickson grew up in Richfield, MN where he graduated High School. He came to know Christ as his Savior at the age of 17 at a local youth group. From Richfield, he attended Normandale Community College and then transferred to Winona State obtaining an Associates degree in Business Administration. At Winona State, he met Shirley, his wife, at a Christian college campus group, Christians In Action. After dating for two years, they were married July of 1993. Following college, they moved to Cumberland, WI where he was a youth leader and worked in management while Shirley taught for ten years. This is where they started their family and had Seth and Julianna.

After feeling called to full-time ministry, Rob attended Crown College in St. Bonifacius, MN for a Bible Theology Certificate that he finished in May of 2004. He also was asked to be the part-time Youth Pastor at Cumberland Baptist Church during this time. After finishing at Crown College, he became the Youth Pastor in Conover, WI in August 2004. He served there for 8 ½ years. Rob’s ministry is focused around evangelism and discipleship.

Rob enjoys camping with his family and many sports. He is an avid bowler and has even achieved an 805 series. He also loves golf and was the head golf coach at Northland Pines High School for two seasons.
